The goal is to really get to know your friends and family.

You win by knowing your friends and choosing the right gifts, but most of all it’s just fun to play and gets you talking about things that matter.

You are free:

to register as a member with one or ore valid email
to upload images (as many as you wish)
to tell your friends about the images and the competition (the more the merrier)
to vote for any images you see on the site
to send and receive gifts at live.gifttrap.com

You may only:

post images that others will not find offensive (we reserve the right to withdraw photos at any time common sense applies)
post photos for which you legally own the copyright

You must:

abide by the Terms of Use
be 18 or over, or get the permission of your guardian(s)
agree to indemnify GiftTRAP.com for any claims resulting from your violation of these terms and conditions
agree to give gifttrap.com a Creative Commons Attribution License for each images/gift ideas/stories that you submit
agree to be subject to the laws of British Columbia, Canada for the purpose of this agreement

We are not:

responsible for the storage of any images you post (and reserve the right to remove any images at any time)

We will:

remove images that are offensive or breach any copyright laws
remove images that for which we have received complaints with respect to copyright infringement or for being offensive
remove membership right for people who repeatedly post images that offensive or of questionable copyright
keep your information private unless required to do so by law
reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time

Winners & Waivers:

if your image includes identifiable people the law requires they must sign a waiver form - we agree its annoying, but thats the law
we need their names/emails and to receive their signed waiver forms, so you are not considered a true winner until this process is complete.
if all the required waiver forms are not received in time we reserve the right to select another photo in this event your image(s) will be considered for the next production run
