For GiftTRAP to use your photos containing pictures of people, we need to know that you’ve received permission to take their photo, and that we have received the rights to publish their likeness on in our game, on the website, and any other promotional items.
So any photo that has a “recognizable individual(s)” in the photo will need a model release form for each person. You do not need releases for large crowds however the danger of a claim against you and us grows as the size of the crowd diminishes.

5. How do I resize a photo?
This can easily be solved in Adobe Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Macromedia Fireworks, or a similar photo editing tool. Often just right clicking on the image and selecting ‘Open’ will show you what packages you have installed that know how to edit the type of file you are trying to resize.
6. What size does the image need to be.
The image must be a minimum of 1.8 inches square at 300DPI. That’s the same as 3.6 inches square at 150dpi or 7.2 inches square at 75dpi. Put simply that a minim of 550 x 550 pixels (regardless of DPI)
You cannot upload files larger than 1.5MB
7. Does GiftTRAP need exclusive rights to the photo?
No, we do not need exclusive rights to any of the photos just your permission to use it and that of whomever is shown in the photos (unless it is a group shot)
8. When does the competition end?
It will be an ongoing competition. We plan to change the gifts in each release (or production run) of the game. The first production run will hopefully be finalized by the end of February ‘06. So post quickly to improve your chances of winning.
9. What should I do if I do not receive an activation email?
Firstly check your junk mail as, for some reason, some of the activation notices are going into junk mail.
