Buck Lum, owner of Vancouver’s popular game store Craving for a Game in Surrey’s Central City Mall in BC, Canada is a raving board game enthusiast. Buck was a play tester for GiftTRAP and now stocks the game and is a big fan.

Buck has a copy of the game open in the store and would be delighted to show you how to play. Here’s Buck’s conclusions on GiftTRAP.

“Do you know which present would be the best to give to your friends and family? Do you know which present they would give to you? See how well you know other players and how well they know you. The dealer deals out gift cards, then give what they the other players may want; then everyone shops for what they want (and what they really don’t want). Starting with the dealer, they reveal what they want and score points if they receive from other players the right gift. Players that were correct in giving the gift will also score points.

It is a great party and a strategy game, all combined in one. Players laugh about what they received while trying to strategize to score the most points. I was really impressed with the game.”
