1/ Where can I play?

• At home, in your favorite coffee shop, wine bar or pub - bascially anywhere you hang out!
• You could even play at work. We specifically extended the event to include Friday so people could play at work. You may need permission. Talk with your HR team. Turn it into a team building event.  It’s a great way of finding out about your work colleagues. We think you may be surprised just how much you learn about each other.

2/ How do I post stories and photos from my event?

• Register for the Massive Play Weekend mailing list by clicking on I Agree and we’ll mail you details as soon as they are available.

3/ How long does it take to play?

• You should allow 1 hour. It varies a little based on the number of players and how well you know each other.
• If you haven’t played before we recommend you read the rules before the game and even test play it with a few friends first.
• If you don’t know the other players too well perhaps allow a little longer.

4/ How many people can play GiftTRAP at one time?

• GiftTRAP can be played with 3-8 players. It’s not a game for teams (it’s all about you). If you have more people you could play multiple games at the same time

5/ Can I play GiftTRAP multiple times over the Massive Play Weekend?

• Sure that would be great. For the world record we are counting the number of event locations, so if you want to play again and for it to qualify you need some new players and to move to a new location. But feel free to play again just for the fun.

6/ Can I pass one copy of GiftTRAP from friend to friend over the Weekend?

• Absolutely. We’d love you to work your copy hard of the weekend. If you’ve auctioned it off that could be hard. You can always buy your own copy.

7/ When is GiftTRAP available?

• GiftTRAP goes on sale from July 1st 2006
• Trade buyers can place orders at the New York Stationery Show. You will also be able to place orders shortly at our Online Store.
• While we establish our distribution channels you will be able to buy copies of GiftTRAP from our Online Store.
• We will be listing the stores where you can buy GiftTRAP shortly.

8/ How can I get a copy of GiftTRAP before the event?

• There are several ways

1/ Buy one from a store (you may need to ask your local gift/game store to order you a copy)
2/ You can apply for a free copy if you photo was selected for the first edition of GiftTRAP
3/ You can apply for a free copy if you agree to pay postage and packing. You must agree to auction off this copy at your event in order to qualify for a free copy. Supplies are limited. We’ll let you know when you can apply once you have registered on the Massive Play Weekend mailing list

9/ I’m a retailer how can I buy GiftTRAP?

10/ Can I run an event in my retail store?

• That’s the spirit. Of course you can.

11/ I’m a distributor and would like to distribute GiftTRAP. What do I do?

12/ What is the prize for the event?

• 5 nights at the Crescendo development at http://www.BigWhite.com (5,200 sq ft - sleeps 22)
• Offer includes ski passes

13/ How can I win the prize?

• First, you need to register and run an event, you need to tell us about it in words and photos
• Second, you need to send all proceeds for the event to Right To Play.
• The winner will be drawn at random once all the proceeds have been collected

14/ Who is Right To Play?

• Right To Play is an athlete-driven international humanitarian organization that uses sport and play as a tool for the development of children and youth in the most disadvantaged areas of the world. For more information check out http://www.righttoplay.com

15/ How can I raise money for Right To Play?

• If you received your copy for free, you agreed to auction off the copy at the event. GiftTRAP sells for US$ 36 CA$48
• You could also ask for a donation from each player to join in the event eg $1 or $5.  As much or as little as you can afford
• You could arrange a sponsored play of GiftTRAP and see just how many games you can play over the weekend

16/ Where do I send the money I raise?

• Details of payment methods etc will be sent once you have registered.
